RACE TIMES: 10:00am-Women’s race (5K)
11:00am-Men’s
race (4 miles)
SCORING: Top five
score, 6 and 7 displace.
AWARDS: Presentation will follow the men’s race.
Individual awards to the top 14 in
each race. Team awards to the top 2.
ENTRIES AND FEE:
Entries must be made on www.directathletics.com. All entries are due by
5:00pm on 10/26/09. Entry fees are $100.00 per team. Men and Women are separate
teams. Make check payable to ELAC Athletics. Entry fees are due
the day of the meet.
TRAINER: There will be a
trainer on site. Please bring your own tape.
FINISH CARDS: Every athlete
will receive a finish card. Write the athletes name on the card and hold on to it.
This is our “back-up” scoring system. If we need these, we will let you know.
FINISH CHUTE: Athletes need to exit
the end of the chute. If an athlete fails to exit the End of the chute, they
will be disqualified.
COURSE MARKING: The course is
marked with color-coded flags. Course maps are included with your packet.
RESULTS: Will be available
to all coaches at the meet and posted on www.directathletics.com
