TIME: Women’s 5K 9:15 am

Men’s 4mile 10:00 am

Awards 11:00

WHO: This meet is open to any and all.

AWARDS: The top community college men and women’s team will receive a plaque. Top ten community college individual men and women will receive a custom t-shirt.

COURSE: Fast and flat multi-loop course. Course surface is mostly gravel path with some dirt and grass. Spiked racing shoes are not recommended but can be used.

ENTRY FEE: $50 per team (unlimited entries): Men + Women = $100.

$10 per individual entry for incomplete teams and/or unattached athletes.
